SHIPPING: Orders placed in the United States Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order, all products (except original paintings) are shipped via USPS. Original paintings will be sent with a signature required, and are usually sent with insurance via UPS or FedEx. You will be given a tracking number and a notification when your art ships. If you are placing an order to have shipped to another country I am happy to do so and will contact you with more information about the cost of shipping.
RETURNS: All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the products are damaged in shipping. Please contact Kelly Patton Art at pattonillustration@gmail.com if you encounter a problem with the package. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive safely at their destination, it is your responsibility as the buyer to provide a correct and secure shipping address.
