Prunella is the ghostly cat who prowls the meadow where self healing herbs grow. To make her appear, hold a medicinal plant in between your fingers and close your eyes.  Be patient and still and she will come purr at your side. In this image, a little purple flower can be seen growing in the grass.  It is Prunella vulgaris, a medicinal herb who’s common name is “Self Heal.”  The message of the plant tells you to give yourself plenty of rest and as much time that is needed to revive yourself.  Research Eastern healing modalities to discover your body’s ability to self heal through movement, diet and meditation.
